An alert neighbor witnessed an early morning attempted ATM break-in in Emmet County. Now troopers are asking for your help in finding the culprit.
It happened at the Fifth Third Bank on M-119 in Petoskey at 11:30 last night. Troopers say a man tried cutting his way into the ATM by using a portable grinder, but he ended up not getting away with anything.
